Hey, Im 21 and I had 2 kids less than 2 years apart. I gained more weight than expected. Im nt huge, but I went from 4 ft 11, 0 lbs to 130 lbs. (now after losing some weight) I was taking adipex along with a health diet and lots of exercise (needless to say with a 2 year old and a 1 year old now) It as if the weight has just stopped coming off, and nothing I do can get id of it.I Exercise,walk miles at a time regularly pushing a HEAVY stroller, dance ALL DAY with my 2 year old. Why did the weight stop? The adipex was working great but I kept forgetting to get it filled, then it started getting expensive. Can anyone give me a clue on why this is happening?and tips on how to lose some more weight?

drink lots of water to help flush your system. You may have a great deal of waste from your cells that will act as a block for further weight loss.
Keep up your good diet and drink plenty of water. You also may have hit a plateau and those are terrible things. They can take a long time to get over. once you do, you will start to see the wet come off again.
