Anata (Kimi) wa watashi (boku) to hanashimasen (hanasanai) kara, watashi (boku) to hanashitakunai to omoimashita (omotta).
The words in parenthesis can replace the preceding word. If you replace one of the words with the word in parenthesis, replace all of them for consistency of your atttitude (level of respect) towards the person.
