Questions about Ephedra..?

Is ephedra a reasonable weight loss pill?



What are your experiences with it?



How much is to much to take in one day..



Just wanting to know, please dont be mean about it.

Actually, ephedra is supposed to have been taken off the market. I've had friends who took it and they were wired just following label directions. If some stupid company still has any out, just follow the directions on the bottle. That way, if you have a medical problem as a result of using it, your parents can sue the companies. And I'm not saying that to be mean. It is dangerous, so only use the directions on the bottle. Some people have used it successfully BUT, just in case, make sure you only take what is allowed.



Avoid caffeine and other diet pills -- so no coffee, cokes/other sodas with caffeine, or any Sudafed or similar product with pseudo-ephedrine in it. Which includes cough medicines and cold medicines.



Be careful, OK? I don't want the next thing I hear to be "Are you the one that told that guy that ephedra was OK ??-- he's dead. You're under arrest!" It's not OK, but I'd rather you use it appropriately if you're going to use it. Sometimes you just have to be realistic.
