Trying to get 4-5% body fat....thinking of this diet..?

im currently at 8%, and i want to get to 4-5% to look more ripped. I don't have any issues with "hunger" as "craving" has never been an issue for me and i could live off of eating rocks for all i cared.



So, for exercisse...

My plan to go down to 4-5% is to strictly run 5 miles on the treadmill everyday, and still workout moderatly, leaning more towards power-endurance exercises rather than the usual power exercises i do.



My diet will also be simple and strict, eat many small meals throughout the day to keep the body motabilizing (and tricking my body to stay out of starvation mode) and thus burning calories, and ill just be eating lean turkey breast and spinach, plenty of water.



I would like suggestions on a possible faster way for going to 4%,

just eat the body builder diet, greens and protein in small amounts constantly throughout the day. I think the work outs should be fine too... I'm not 100% on the diet as I've had a friend that ended up with coeliacs disease from the body builder diet. So maybe check with a nutritionist or personal trainer?
