Health class calorie question?

i am not dieting or anything but i am supposed to figure out how many calories i should take in a day for health class. i am 16 year old girl 5 feet tall and weigh 110 lbs anyone want to help me out?

Get your BMR from the following site and time it by whatever applies to you from the following.





1. If you are sedentary (little or no exercise) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.2

2. If you are lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.375

3. If you are moderatetely active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.55

4. If you are very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.725

5. If you are extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.9



***But in generally speaking, you just calculate your body weight times 10. Add 1 to that 10 every hour you spend at the gym.



110 x 10 = 1100 CAL

if you spend 2 hours at the gym per week. Then you would need

110 x 12 = 1320 CAL



Remember if you metabolic rate is healthy then you would need more calories to get through the day because then you would burn more calories.
