How do I make my hair stronger?

I'm a 13 year old girl and have a regular diet but I keep losing alot of my hair. I still have a normal amount but my hair gets EVERYWHERE and if I comb it like 5 strands will comeout even though there are no knots. I lose alot, more than other people and I want to know what I can do to make it stronger. Or, am I just over reacting? This has been for about a year now.

I think you should drink a lot of milk. Calcium makes everything in your body stronger, including your hair. Also, lack of nutritions can cause hair loss.
