I was diagnosed about a year and a half ago. I'm just starting to get into the whole "PCOS diet" and was wondering what recipes any of may have found. A second problem is that my husband lifts weights and wants foods that will help him keep his bulk. So, I feel like we're on two different diets.
If anyone has any good recipes for PCOS or knows of some good resources to find some, please pass them along. Thanks for your help
