Keeping healthy after a diet?

hello every1,i'm 1.62 cm and weight 54kg. i've been dieting and i've lost around 7 kg. i'm really scared of gaining weight again,i've been living in italy and will be coming 2england soon,food is different, how can i keep healthy?

I don't know where you're staying in England, but you can buy Italian food in almost every supermarket, so you shouldn't have any trouble in finding the sort of food you're used to. Keep away from fast food (burgers etc) and full English breakfasts, & eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. Acai berry is a con. Someone puts that answer on every question related to diet on here, I think they must have shares in the company. Save your money!
