Leg excercise workout plan?

Along with hiit 5 days a weeks, a healthy diet, plenty of water, and arm and ab workouts every day, what legs excercises could I do to slim my thighs?

You shouldn't do arms and abs everyday. You need at least 24 hours after a good workout for real recovery.



You should find a complete exercise program and follow that. You don't really know what you're doing. Look at some other programs and pick one that you think will work for you.



Doing leg exercises doesn't slim your thighs. It will make them bigger. The reason your thighs are big is either A) Genetics, or B) Body fat. Some women just have huge thigh muscles and can't do anything about it. Others just collect a lot of body fat there.
