Has anyone tried this pill before? the box is in a foreign language and I just want to know if anyone out there has tried it or if anyone understands what the box says besides the use instructions in English.

I havent tried the pill. But it says 'jian fei guo' - weight loss fruit in chinese. Pomegranate, Koncing Nut, Extract of HydroxyCitric Acid (HCA),

Apple, Kiwi, Teng Huang fruit, Jerusalem artichoke, Sweet potato, and Giantarum.Pomegranate is one of the strongest antioxidant found in nature.



It seems that the product is made in China, and you should be very careful about drugs from china, please note that there is not disclaimer from any pharmaceutical authority. The listed ingredients may not be complete. However, HCA, is used as fat burners, by increasing heart rate to raise metabolism. Honestly, even herbs have medicinal effect, an all natural product does not mean it is a safe product. The headaches come from the low blood sugar or increased heart rate. The thirst is due to the duretic form of the HCA and herbs. I would suggest to you to stop the product as such herbal products are unreliable and a pill a day to see results? I think it could be very potent.
