Whats a good workout plan for a 15 year old girl?
Not a weight loss thing because im not over weight. I just want to get stronger. Not buff or anything just stronger. I dont have the money for trainers or anything so i just want a simple work out plan that i can do by myself at my house. I have weights and other work out stuff just need to know whats the best work out plan or whatever...
