It has been two long years of struggling to have children and it doesn't look like we are going to be able to. It the last tow years i have gained 40 pounds from stress and fertility drugs. Has anyone experienced this? Can you give me any tips on how to look like i did when i first got married? I am 5'5 and was 130lb and am now 165. I lost 15lb on a low carb diet but have reached a point where no more is coming off this way. Please help, i want my husband to look at me that way again.

I do not know anything about the drugs but hopefully the effects will go away after you stop taking them.
In general, the best route to loss of weight is cardiovascular training. I would not recommend running because of the impact. Your joints are not really designed for that much weight and the stresses it would involve. An elliptical, stationary bike, or stair climber would be better. Be sure to get a heart rate monitor and watch yourself. Build up your time slowly.
