15 year old abs, 2 month workout quest tips?

I'm 15 years old, i used to be really underweight, no fat and barley any muscle, my doctor put me on a weight gain diet (fat not muscle) over 2 months i gained 21lbs of fat and due to no exercise lost the little muscle that i had, so probably gained about 25-26lbs of fat.



but now i have noticed that my stomach is starting to hang down over the waistband of my pants,it now hangs by nearly an inch



i'm moving to texas in two months and i want to gain a little muscle (5kg dumbbell set) and get a some abs, whats the best way to do that, ( i guess a bunch of situps would do it but i want something more effective)
