What can i do to help loose a couple of pounds?

I do as much exercise as i can with my busy school life.I would like to lose a few pounds and was wondering if there is anything to help me along. pills? tips?

i eat a high veg and fruit diet and try to eat as healthy as possible, just want to shift a few pounds.

I walk 4 miles at least in one week and i also walk everywhere.

I started the trimsecrets pill today, I'm keeping a blog of everything I eat, and my weight. I've also noted the plan on my blog. If you want to read it, I'll be updating it everyday for the next four weeks to see if i lose anything.
