What would be more beneficial to my weight loss?

I am a 17 year old female, and I have been working out a lot lately to try and get a 6-pack. My weekly workout schedule is as follows. Monday, wednesday, friday I go to the gym and do legs and abs, most of my abs are with out weights like captains chair, leg curls...etc, and my legs start at 170 for the first set, 150 for the second, and 120 for the third. then pn Tuesdays, and Thursdays, I do arms, and I start off at 70 pounds for the first set, 50 for the third, and 30 for the fourth, and I also do the rowing machine. On top of this, I run about 8 miles a week. So I have been seeing results, but I feel like since the beginning of the month I have been at a standstill. Would it be more beneficial and would it show better/faster results if instead of lifting weights every day, If I lifted every other day instead and then on days I don't lift, I just run 4 miles?

I would say you might see better results if you lower your carbohydrate intake and up your protein intake, but keep your calorie intake the same. It's an issue that can be fixed with adjustments to your diet, so I'd advise you aim to get your calories form 40% protein, 40% fat, and 20% carbs.
