How can I get smaller thighs?

I'm 15 years old, 5'8", about 153 pounds. I play competitive basketball three times a week, so I'm in shape, but I don't eat really healthy, it could be worse though. My thighs are kind of big, and a bit jiggly. I was wondering if you had any way to get my thighs smaller? I REALLY hate the fact that they seem so big, and I don't have any access to a gym or any weird health diets.

Clearly, the first thing you need to do is eat healthier. More fruits and vegetables, as well as lean meats and complex carbs (wheat, not white). You will lose some fat pounds if you cut out the junk, however, you cannot lose weight specifically from your thighs.
