Why can't I get Flickr to connect to Facebook account?

I was able to connect and send one photo. Now, every time I try to send something is says to try later. Same thing with trying to re-establish connection in account settings.

if it is not working to to Access your flickr account from facebook so type in flickr from facebook and see what you get if that doesn't work contact flickr and tell them your problem and they will fix it
