I'm a fourteen yearold girl and i am way over weight. i need to lose 60 pounds. does anyone know any sites that can give me a diet plan and a work out plan???

I hope you no that there is no way possible to loose that much in a short amount of time and be healthy, but you can follow good healthy work out plans.
One thing I reccomend is the wii fit,
with its daily body tests, pre cut workouts, yoga, streangth exercises, calorie tracker, and advice it works wonders if you follow it.
As for eating, just try to eat in porportion or helthier foods
