I feel lonely, cold? Help? :(?

Hi my names Jimmy. Lately I've felt real lonely and cold in life. Like I feel worthless, depressed, ect. I don't even wanna get outa bed. I do have a girlfriend and I love her with every fiber in my body but she's been on vacation for almost a month now. I have no connection with her right now so I can't get ahold of her. Anyways, it's like I'm wanting to die! I feel no expression in life, I just lay in my bed all day with music blaring. I'll get on Facebook daily for about an hour every day, usually 10-11 cuz thats when my friend gets on and shes the only one I can go to for comfort. After I get off Facebook, I'll just go to sleep until dinner, I'll eat, then just go back to bed for the night. That's basically my daily rutien. Then sometimes I'll just randomly start crying for no reason and can't stop. I'm really scared of everything now and can't find any way out of my life. Help?

You can't depend on other people for your happiness...

You have to go out and find ways to make you happy...

Go do some volunteer work for the elderly or parentless children, big a big brother to someone..

Help out a neighbor unloading their groceries or just about anything..

Get a job you enjoy doing...

It's very normal that you miss your girlfriend..

but for goodness sakes, find something to occupy your time...

People come and go all the time in our lives, but we can't just depend on them..

We have to depend on ourselves...

Get a hobby...!

Go to the library and find books on things that interest you...

Join a church and mingle with the kids your age....
