Am I too young for the p90x?

Im 15 years old

I am overweight but I want to change for the better.

Im not weak, I think i have what it takes to do it, Im also thinking of doing Jillians 30 day shred right after the p90x.



I have my own diet plan, I dont want to follow the nutrition guide of the p90x but i do want to do thier workouts.



Anyways my question is am I too young for the p90x and if not am i going to overwork myself if i do the 30 day shred too?



Please dont tell me that I HAVE to follow the nutrition plan. I know i do but i dont have the book and I dont have any money to buy it. I have all the cds and i know what to do for all the weeks for the p90x classic.



Im not really trying to build muscle, my main goal is to loose weight but working my muscles while loosing weight is something i would like.

No you are not to young to do P90x.... P90x is a program designed to help increase muscular endurance and muscle toning.
