Diet tips for a teen please ?

ive put a couple extra pounds this summer , and i feel uncomfortable wearing tight shirts like i used to because of the pouch in my stomach . do you have any workout / dieting tips to help me get rid of that , plus tone up my stomach and thighs ?



i would also pleeease love some recipe ideas , becasue food is where i usually go wrong (:

*snacks ( garnola)



Then go to the gym and run on the tredmil for 20 minutes and you should slim very fast
