Does anyone know an easy, fast and effective way to lose 20 lbs without sending me on a crash diet? I've tried pretty much everything and just when i think im losing weight its right back up there again . its frustrating...
Im 22 years old about 5ft3 and according to online tests and stuff it says im at least 20 lbs over my ideal weight. i never really thought i was that much over and it frightens me. i generally like the way i look but recently my friend told me to take this health quiz with her and once i found out the result it got stuck in my mind and every time i look at myself in the mirror i just get disgusted :\ i don't want to think or feel this way anymore but i not sure how to love myself or my body anymore...and i feel kind of ridiculous confessing this online but anyone with advise would be a great help.

you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
