Answer on Is Jan Moir right that it's wrong to send condolences by Twitter?
People use social networking sites in order to appear to think and say the right thing. It's lip service, nothing more. A genuine message of sympathy should be sent personally, even if only be email. Posting such things on Twitter lacks sincerity.
