My height is 5'7 or 5'8, haven't been to the doctor lately. I currently weigh 160, I know thats horrible. But Im on a diet, and I'm working on it. So what should be my goal weight?, I wanna be thin and confident. Any tips, thank you so much. :D !

if you're 5'7" you should be between 122-149 lbs. If 5'8" then between 126-154 lbs. i'm 5'6" and i weigh 133, my goal is 120 so maybe yours should be about 125 to be thin but still healthy. i also try to do an hour of yoga everyday. :D good luck, hope i helped!
