My contact no longer works there and her replacement or whoever responded to my email hasn't helped me with my login challenge. (I'm trying to delete a fan page)

Is the fan page yours?
then go to the page.
Click 'Edit Page'.
Click the tab on the left that says 'Manage Permissions'
Go to the bottom and click on the link that says 'Permanently delete my page'
This should work.
