Mostly Italian but I think there are some special erasmus courses that can be taken in english. If you plan on doing all your college there, however, I don't think it is a good idea unless your level of Italian is quite high as the majority of classes are obviously in Italian. Just to do an exchange program you need to prove a certain level of fluency and proficiency. Consider it is not only a matter of understanding advanced material in Italian but also being able to produce work at a sophisticated an academic level. Many students from anglo countries find it hard enough to keep up with the course work in the exchange programs (which are slightly dumbed down), let alone the proper program . And that is just the course work. Consider that the Italian schooling system is much more advanced than our systems.
