if you anyone is familiar with candida (or yeast) one would know that you are not suppose to have those commercially packaged (boxed, bottled or canned) foods especially those salad dressings -like ranch, italian, thousand island...etc.
they all have this "high fructose corn syrup" and vinegar that feeds the yeast build up in the body...
I was wondering if it is possible for candida sufferers to have salad with these dressings but in SMALL amounts...? I was trying for the longest time to have salad with lemon and olive oil but I would never finish the salad cause it never satisfied my tatse buds. I would think having these salad dressings in a small portion would be fine....or does anyone know a more tastier recipe for salad dressing? Something with out yeasts or sugars or mayo...?
