I really want to loose wieght, not just because of looking good but also for health reasons.
But im finding it extremily difficult to cut out fizzy drinks! and i lovee chocolate,
is there another healthier food i could eat that will help my sugary cravings?
And also what could i drink to ease myself off the fizzy drinks instead of just water,
i know its just coke, but i cant believe how addictive it is :(

I had the exact same problem - coke is evil!
What you should do is do things one step at a time (a pain I know, but it does work). Try eating a little less chocolate and eating bananas or carob instead. Carob tastes like chocolate but is better for you, and bananas I have found replace the sugary cravings.
Try drinking fruit juice instead of coke, again, change gradually. Be warned, in the first few months change of routine or even touching a tiny bit of coke/chocolate will make you go a bit mad with it...
