I GOT A BRAND NEW BAG OF SCIENCE DIET CAT FOOD.
I DONT NEED IT I WENT WITH PRECISION CAT FOOD
CAN I GIVE IT TO AN ANIMAL SHELTER OF A VET?

Donate it to a shelter. They could use it more than a vet. Vets can get their food at cheap prices whereas the shelter isn't so fortunate in discounts. Or look around and see if you can find a cat foster group. Often times, kitty foster parents pay out of pocket so I'm sure they would appreciate donated cat food as well.
