Ok 4 years in a row I have made the new years resolution to loose weight. I am 5'4" and 260.!! I do not want a pill nor do I want a surgery. I have tried shakes which helped with 5 pounds which I gained back. I tried pilates of 1.5 years and only lost 20 pounds in the first 3 months. I use to be 150 and very muscular I dont know what happened. I have low thyroid which I am taking meds for. I try to work 1 hour every day. Please help does anyone know an exercise program that may help me?
Oh yeah and I do eat healthy oatmeal and fruit for breakfest. I eat fruit or brocolli for snack, I have lean chicken, brown rice, or roman noodles for lunch. And dinner what ever my husband makes. I drink green tea and water. Soda probably once a week and I eat fast food probably 2 times a year.
